Northern Wisconsin moves often cover more miles than a city move. Many homes sit down long private drives, on gravel town roads or on lake lots with steep yards. Before move day, tell us what the road and driveway look like and where a truck can turn around. If a full-size truck cannot reach the house, we plan a closer parking spot and a longer carry.

Spring Weight Limits

Wisconsin posts spring weight limits on many state highways, and counties and towns set their own limits on local roads. Rural Northwoods moves in March, April and early May can need a different route or a smaller truck, so give us the full address when you book.

Winter in the Northwoods

Heavy snow and ice are part of moving up north from late fall through spring. Clear and salt the walk, steps and driveway before move day, and keep a path open from the door to where the truck will park. Our movers schedule winter moves in daylight.
