Closing dates do not always line up. We offer short-term and long-term storage in climate-controlled facilities monitored 24/7. We pick up your belongings, store them and deliver them to the new house when it is ready.

Every residential move includes basic released value coverage at $0.60 per pound per item. That is the minimum level of coverage, so a 50-pound TV would be covered for $30.

For more protection, choose Full Valuation Coverage. If an item is lost, damaged or destroyed, we repair it, replace it or pay a cash settlement up to the value you declared.

Each extra $10,000 of declared value covers 10 more items. List your items on the valuation form before your move date to activate coverage.
