Coverage for Long-Distance Moves

Basic released value coverage at $0.60 per pound per item comes with every move. For more protection over a long drive, Full Valuation Coverage lets you declare a value of $20,000 for up to 15 items, $30,000 for up to 25, $40,000 for up to 35 or $50,000 for up to 45. Each extra $10,000 adds 10 items. Fill out the valuation form before your move date.

Most of our long-distance moves start at one of our four regions. From the Chippewa Valley we pick up in Eau Claire, Chippewa Falls and Menomonie. From the Coulee Region we pick up in La Crosse and Onalaska. From Central Wisconsin we pick up in Wausau, Stevens Point and Plover, and from the Northwoods in Rhinelander. Moves that stay inside Wisconsin, like Eau Claire to Rhinelander or La Crosse to Wausau, are handled the same way on a dedicated truck.
