Winter Calendar Parking

From November 15 to April 15, Altoona uses calendar parking from midnight to 7 AM, with cars parked on the odd or even side based on the date. We plan winter moves for daytime hours.

The 12-Hour Rule

Vehicles in Altoona must be moved at least 75 feet every 12 hours. If you are loading your own trailer or container over more than one day, plan for this.
